1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AnZi.AI (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AnZi.AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using AnZi.AI, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

AnZi.AI offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store (“Platform Providers”) and are subject to their respective terms.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Platform Provider’s subscription management settings
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of your Platform Provider
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

5. AI-Generated Content

AnZi.AI uses artificial intelligence to generate images, videos, and other content (“Generated Content”). Regarding Generated Content:

• You retain ownership of any original content you upload to the App (product photos, brand assets, scripts)
• Subject to your active subscription, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use Generated Content for commercial and personal purposes
• We do not guarantee that Generated Content will be unique or that similar content has not been generated for other users
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of Generated Content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights
• AI-generated avatars and voices are synthetic representations and must not be used to impersonate real individuals without their consent

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AnZi.AI to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
• Create deepfakes or misleading content that impersonates real individuals
• Generate content that infringes intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful material
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms
• Use automated means to access the App beyond normal usage
• Circumvent usage limits, credits, or subscription restrictions
• Resell or redistribute access to the App without authorization

7. Credits and Usage Limits

Content generation consumes credits based on your subscription plan. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust credit allocations with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, AI models, and underlying technology, is owned by AnZi.AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

AnZi.AI integrates with third-party services including social media platforms, AI service providers, and payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Generated Content will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Any errors or defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnZi.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App’s settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
