Guides

How each part of the app works, in the order you are likely to meet it. Start at the top if you are new.

Getting started

The fastest path from a fresh account to your first finished campaign.

  • Create your account, then open Profile Settings and add a business profile — your brand name, what you sell, and your tone. Everything you generate is written against this, so it is worth a few minutes.
  • From the Dashboard, tap Create Video or Create Image.
  • Describe what you want, pick a model, and confirm. The exact credit cost is shown on screen before anything is charged.
  • Your finished campaign lands in the Campaigns tab, ready to edit, schedule or download.

Creating a video

Four ways in, depending on what you already have to work with.

  • Text — describe the ad you want and let the model build it from scratch.
  • Image — start from a product photo and put it in motion.
  • URL — paste a product or landing page and we pull the details out of it.
  • Video — start from footage you already have and remix it.
  • Pick your model on the same screen. Faster models cost fewer credits; higher-fidelity models cost more and take longer.
  • Generation runs in the background — you can leave the screen, and you will be notified when the campaign is ready.

Creating images

Product shots, mockups, and styled scenes.

  • Create Image from the Dashboard, then describe the scene you want.
  • Upload a real product photo and it is preserved as-is inside the generated scene, rather than being redrawn by the model.
  • Use the editing tools — background removal, expand, recolour — to adjust a result without regenerating from scratch.

How credits work

What you are charged, when, and what happens if something fails.

  • Every generation costs credits. Images start from 10 and videos from 50; longer clips and higher-fidelity models cost more.
  • The exact cost is always shown before you confirm — you are never charged an amount you have not seen.
  • Failed generations are not charged. Credits are deducted on successful completion only.
  • Plan credits refresh each month. Top-up credits never expire and stack on top of your plan.
  • See the pricing section on the home page for current plans and top-up bundles.

Publishing and scheduling

Connecting your accounts and getting posts out.

  • Go to Profile Settings → Connected Accounts and connect the platforms you publish to.
  • Open any campaign from the Campaigns tab and choose Schedule Post.
  • Pick your platforms, date and time, and confirm — the post is queued and published automatically.
  • Published posts report their status back into the campaign, so you can see what went out and what failed.

AI content disclosure

Labelling generated content so platforms apply their AI disclosure.

  • Open a campaign and find Content Disclosure. The Label content as AI-generated switch is on by default.
  • With it on, we send the platform's AI-content flag when the campaign is published, where that platform supports one.
  • Meta applies its own AI info label automatically from the media itself, so no flag is sent for Facebook or Instagram.
  • Platforms generally require disclosure for photorealistic synthetic video and realistic-sounding audio. Leaving this on is the safe default.

Your content and your data

Keeping, removing and exporting what you make.

  • You keep the rights to everything you upload. Generated content is stored encrypted.
  • Delete any campaign at any time from the Campaigns tab.
  • Profile Settings → Security & Privacy lets you export your data or delete your account.
  • Full detail is in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Common questions

Why is my generation taking so long?
AI generation takes anywhere from 30 seconds to a few minutes depending on the model and current load. It runs in the background, so you can leave the screen — you will be notified when it is ready.
Can I cancel a generation in progress?
Not currently. Credits are only deducted on successful completion, so a generation you abandon or that fails will not be charged.
How do I restore my purchases?
Profile Settings → Subscription Plan → Restore Purchases. Your active subscription is re-linked to your account.
Is my content stored securely?
Yes. Generated content is stored encrypted, and you can delete any campaign at any time from the Campaigns tab. The Privacy Policy has the full detail.

The full FAQ lives in the app under Profile → Help & Support, and is searchable there.

Tutorials

Walkthroughs

Short, specific recipes for the jobs people do most. Each one assumes nothing beyond an account and a few credits.

2 min

Your first video ad, start to finish

Dashboard → Create Video → Text. Describe the product and the feeling you want, choose a fast model for your first run, and confirm. When it lands in Campaigns, open it to edit the caption and hashtags before scheduling.

3 min

Turn one product photo into a campaign

Create Image, upload the photo, and describe the scene you want it placed in. Your product is preserved exactly as photographed. Then open the result and send it through Create Video → Image to put the same shot in motion.

2 min

From a product URL to a finished post

Create Video → URL, paste the product page, and we extract the name, description and imagery. Review what was pulled, adjust the prompt, and generate. Useful when you have a store but no assets prepared.

3 min

Reformat one video for every platform

Open a finished campaign and choose Repurpose. Pick the aspect ratios you need and we re-frame the video for each, keeping the subject centred. Presets that share an aspect ratio render once, so you are not charged twice for the same output.

2 min

Schedule a week of posts

Connect your accounts under Profile Settings → Connected Accounts. Then from each campaign, Schedule Post, choose platforms and a time, and confirm. The Content Calendar shows everything queued in one view.

Community & Support

Getting help

Stuck on something, or found a bug? A real person reads every message.

We do not run a public forum yet. Until we do, support email is the place for questions — and the answers worth sharing get folded back into the guides above.

Feature Requests

Ask for something

Most of what ships starts as someone asking for it. If the app will not do what you need, tell us.

Send the request to support@anziai.com with Feature request in the subject. The ones that get built fastest tend to include:

  • What you are trying to do — the outcome, not the feature you think you need.
  • How you work around it today, if you do.
  • How often it comes up. Something that blocks you weekly beats something you hit once.
