Deleting Your Data

Overview

You are always in control of your data. AnZi.AI gives you several ways to remove your information — from deleting a single piece of content, to permanently closing your account and erasing everything associated with it. This page explains every option and what happens after you use it.

1. Delete your entire account (in the app)

This is the most complete option. It permanently removes your account and all associated data — profile, projects, generated media, uploaded assets, and connected social accounts.

Steps

1. Open the AnZi.AI app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Security & Privacy.
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

What happens next

• Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out.
• It is scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period. During this window your data is not yet erased.
• Changed your mind? Simply sign back in within 30 days to cancel the deletion and restore your account.
• After 30 days, our servers permanently delete your account and cascade the removal to your stored media, uploaded files, and revoke connected third-party integrations. This process is irreversible.

2. Delete individual content

You don’t have to close your account to remove specific items. Within the app you can delete any individual campaign, project, or uploaded asset (products, styles, voices, music, and other custom assets). Deleting an item removes it from your account and from our storage, along with any provider-side copies of the generated media.

3. Export your data first (optional)

If you’d like a copy of your information before deleting it, you can request a data export:

1. Go to Profile → Settings → Security & Privacy.
2. Tap Export My Data.
3. We’ll prepare a downloadable copy of your profile, projects, assets, and links to your media, and provide a secure download link.

4. Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, or you’d prefer we handle it for you, email us and we’ll delete your data on your behalf. This satisfies your right to erasure under applicable privacy laws.

• Email azviralai@yahoo.com from the email address associated with your account.
• Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and let us know whether you want your entire account deleted or only specific data.
• We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days.

5. Deletion via connected platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account to AnZi.AI, you can also trigger deletion of the data associated with that connection directly from Facebook:

1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Find and remove AnZi.AI.

Removing the app sends us a data deletion request automatically. We revoke the connection, delete the associated data, and provide a confirmation code you can use to check the status.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

• Your profile and account credentials
• Your business profile and preferences
• All projects, campaigns, and generated content
• Uploaded product photos, brand assets, and other files
• Generated media stored on our servers
• Connected social media accounts and their access tokens, which we revoke with the respective platforms

What we may retain

For legal, security, and fraud-prevention reasons, a limited amount of information may be retained after deletion:

• Records required to comply with legal or financial obligations (for example, payment and tax records held by app stores)
• Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you
• A minimal audit record of your deletion request as proof that we honored it

Subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting your AnZi.AI account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — manage or cancel it in your app store’s subscription settings.
